Warehouse Keeper

 

Job duties

 

  • Consciously learn to improve professional knowledge of medicine;
    自觉学习，增进对药品的专业知识；
  • Manage drug storage well in accordance with the regulations and be responsible for quality problems caused by improper storage;
    按照药品保管储存的规定做好药品储存保管工作，做好药品的入库、贮存、出库等环节的工作，对因储存不当发生的质量问题负责；
  • According to the principles of safety, convenience, and economy, the drugs should be properly and reasonably divided into different categories and classified storage;
    按安全、方便、节约的原则正确合理分库、分类存放药品；
  • Manage well the expiry date of drugs, and strictly follow the principle of "short-term drugs to be delivered first, changeable drugs to be delivered first, and deliver according to batch number";
    做好效期药品管理工作，严格按"近期先发，易变先发，按批号发货"的原则出库；
  • Assist the Warehouse Maintenance Keeper to manage the temperature and humidity of the warehouse;
    协助养护员做好库房温湿度管理工作；
  • Complete the internal affairs of the warehouse, and keep qualified and unqualified drugs in good order;
    完成仓库的内务工作，做好合格及不合格药品在库的保管工作；
  • The Warehouse Keeper manages acceptance, accounting and distribution of materials and equipment in and out of the warehouse in accordance with the regulations, so that the accounts are consistent, and they are responsible for the compliance with the manifests of the delivered drug;
    仓库保管员按规定做好物资设备进出库的验收、记账和发放工作,做到账账相符，对出库药品的货单相符负责；
  • The Warehouse Maintenance Keeper should be notified immediately of any drugs with quality doubts.
    发现有质量疑问的药品应实时告知养护员；     
  • Ad hoc projects & task assigned by company per required.
    公司分派的特殊项目和任务。

 

Job requirements

  • High school degree or above, pharmacy college or above is preferred;
    高中以上学历，药学专科以上优先录取
  • Have experience in drug storage, and be familiar with warehouse management business processes;
    具有药品仓储工作经验，熟悉仓库管理业务流程；
  • Good communication skills, familiar with the use of office software.
    良好的沟通能力，熟悉办公软件的使用。
