Main responsibilities

- Propose, review, design and implement hospital promotion plan through the collaboration with line manager and marketing colleagues
规划自己负责医院的推广计划，和直线经理及市场部同事协商达成最终推广方案，并进行实施
- Build strong relationships and credibility with Medical Practitioners and Pharmacists to influence the prescription of Guerbet products
拜访医生及专家，介绍加栢产品的关键信息，使医生及专家认知并了解加栢的产品知识。
- Responsible for following up projects in key hospitals
负责跟进在关键医院开展的合作项目。
- Align with line manager to set working objective and task.
与直线经理达成工作目标的共识。
- Collect and analyse data information on time based on business requirements
按时按质的完成公司相关数据的收集并进行总结和分析，以提升推广业绩。
- Set up budget plan and execute accordingly based on company policy
按公司规定合理制定预算，并按计划实施完成，确保资源的合理和有效利用。
- Work closely and collaboratively with other team members
主动地与团队成员进行合作和分享，以整合资源，提升推广效果。
- Act as a Product and medical information expert within the team
成为产品和医药信息领域的专家。
- Assist company bidding team to complete regional bidding work.
协助公司投标团队完成区域投标工作
- Adhere to the Company's compliance requirements and internal policies

Job requirements
岗位要求
- Minimum 7 years medical promotion experience in medical industry
至少7年医疗行业医药推广经验
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Science or Medicine
工商管理、市场营销、科学或医学专业毕业
- Good professional ethics and strong sense of responsibility, honest and reliable person
具备良好的职业道德和敬业精神，责任心强，为人诚实可靠
- Good communication and coordination, social skills and strong execution ability
