Location: East Region of Poland (Białystok – Radom – Lublin)

 


Job purpose

 

As a Key Account Executive, you will be the primary contact for existing and prospective accounts, driving opportunities across our Diagnostic Imaging portfolio. You’ll collaborate with public and private hospitals and imaging centers to build a strong pipeline and deliver value through Guerbet’s Interconnected Solutions.

 


Principal Responsibilities:

 

Account Strategy & Development

 


• Identify, segment, and map key accounts and stakeholders
• Build and implement strategic account plans
• Collaborate with the National Sales Manager to drive portfolio strategy

 


 Sales & Budget Management

 


• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes

 


Customer Engagement


• Act as the single point of contact for key decision-makers (clinicians, department heads, procurement, etc.)
• Coordinate with internal teams (customer service, marketing, regulatory, etc.)
• Represent Guerbet at scientific conferences and networking events

 


Commercial Execution

 


• Promote Guerbet’s full DI portfolio and unique value proposition
• Lead contract and tender negotiations
• Implement innovative pricing strategies
• Monitor market trends and share insights with the broader team

 


Experience / Skills


• Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent commercial experience in medical devices/pharma
• Degree in Electroradiology is a strong plus
• Minimum 5 years of successful field sales experience in healthcare
• Prior Key Account Management experience is a strong advantage
• Deep understanding of Diagnostic Imaging center operations
• Proven negotiation skills in multi-stakeholder environments
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce (SFDC)
• Valid driving license
