The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for following Guerbet internal supply chain information requests (queries), and investigating and providing the feedback to the internal customer in timely manner.
The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for data gathering, analysis and reporting.
An individual in this role will work directly with the supply chain team (Demand team, Global planning team and regional logistic team), creating meaningful analysis and reports.
This role will be required to translate business needs into reliable data, reports and analytical requirements to the required schedule.
This role will be required to coordinate the product availability information across supply chain organization for full Guerbet supply chain scope
Your responsibilities :
• Prepare a broad variety of reports and provide data and management information for product supply and supply chain performance.
• Monitor internal customer supply chain request through internal tool (SC query email too)
• Provide a clear feedback to internal customers on product availability and supply plans
• Use analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict inform and enhance processes.
• Assemble data, analyse performance, identify problems and develop recommendations relating to short term product supply.
• Partners with management to develop strategies and monitor supply chain KPI performance.
• Participate in data collection, data management and data analysis strategies to support statistical analysis.
Your profile :
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, especially in conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Intermediate to Advanced SAP skills required.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Business Objects / Business Intelligence experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and provide validation of results
• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify appropriate analytical approaches depending on the business need
• Good understand IBP steps and details
• Good understanding of all Guerbet supply chain process
