In our Group Industrial Strategic Team, the Strategic Project Manager will be in charge to manage key industrial Projects with our internal manufacturing organization or with external partners.

 

Job Description :

 

  • Lead Project, towards set goals in terms of Quality, costs, and timelines:

-    Structures the project, defines the implementation strategy,

-    Guarantees the commitments made

-    Manages the schedule

-    Negotiates resources and guarantees their commitment

-    Supervises the production of deliverables and their quality

-    Detects and manages risks and helps solve conflicts.

-    Manages communication on the project

-    Anticipates and keeps a global vision of the project

-    Proposes necessary adjustments.

 

  • Coordinates a team from various sectors (Core Team)
  • Reports to the steering committee or to Operations Committee and prepares for key decisions.
  • Continuously assess and improve project management processes and methodologies.
  • Mentoring other project managers with less experience

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Close coordination with internal business functions and stakeholders. (Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, CMO, Development, API plants, Fill and Finish Plants, Finance)
  • Meet the Project Goals defined.
  • Evaluate and mitigate all risks generated by the project (technical, financial, supply)

Position Requirements:

  • Strong experience in International Project Management
  • Engineer at least 8-10 years of experience in API or in sterile Pharmaceutical business
  • Experience with Regulatory Affairs requirements for product registration
  • Effective, cross functional team worker
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English and able to communicate in French will be a plus.

Good communication skills and cultural sensitivity in working with project members across countries.
