Permanent contract to be filled as soon as possible.
Reporting to the Global Marketing Manager, Interventional Oncology (IO), the Product Manager Interventional Oncology is responsible to drive usage of Lipiodol in selected indication through developing and executing marketing strategies.
As subject matter expert, he/she commonly works at creating and disseminating compelling content that resonates with target audience.
The work involves, strategic planning, positioning and executing in the appropriate markets, providing appropriate tools and active support to local sales team, meeting with potential clients, and pitching our offering.

Downstream Marketing activities:

Define and implement marketing strategy related to Lipiodol.

Increase brand awareness & build strong value proposition to increase adoption in existing customers & attract new customers.

Create innovative downstream marketing solutions, programs and tools, ensuring proper deployment and utilization within the countries.

Create presentations, spreadsheets, and other materials to drive new leads generation.

Build robust knowledge around Lipiodol to develop and manage the implementation of the marketing, sales, and communications strategies along with strategic objectives.

Provide support to the Training Manager on training sales force.

Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth in existing markets or develop new markets in collaboration with upstream marketing.

Perform research & voice of customers to understand key drivers and keep evolving the strategy.

Ensure alignment with key countries and assist in the deployment.

Build strong internal/external Stakeholders network.
-
Ensure all marketing and communication activities are compliant with regulatory & compliance standards.

Work with MarCom on omnichannel strategy and relevant campaigns based on cost, reach, and return on investment.

Organize/participate in relevant events to represent the company.
Operational Marketing:

Develop creative commercial strategies in collaboration with key countries.

Help drive revenue and ensure sustainable growth of the business through active in-country support along with local business model.

Lead & assist key countries on setting up key local customers programs.

Grow and maintain relationships with key customers in Lipiodol, through regular visits.

Work with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day cooperation and coordination.

Develop awareness and familiarity with local market trends, government regulatory impact and competitive influences.

Work with internal stakeholders and key capabilities to define local go-to-market and market access strategy in key countries.

Challenge the activity and efficiency of the processes regularly.
YOUR PROFILE
-
Bachelor of Science and/or Pharmacist with a Master’s degree in Marketing ideally
-
Marketing background or alternatively 5-7 years sales experience in healthcare industry.

An experience in the oncology field is a plus.

Marketing skills including knowledge of the latest marketing trends
-
Strong business, analytical and organizational skills
-
Proven to engage in a meaningful way with customers in a context where customer experience has become a top priority for businesses across all industries.

Experience in the global market and oncology will be an advantage.
-
Confirmed Sales experience would be an asset.

Knowledge of CRMs and other business development and marketing tools

Excellent written communication skills in English
