HRIS Specialist F/H

Responsibilities
- Operational and project ownership for our HRIS landscape
- Translating user requirements into clear technical specifications
- Ensuring the technical preparation, testing and execution of annual campaigns in HRIS (Performance Management, Goal Setting, Merit andBonus, etc.)
- Audit the HRIS and identify areas for improvement
- Anticipate, document, and implement biannual updates to SuccessFactors (changes, new features, business recommendations)
- Work and collaborate with various internal teams to develop solutions to further enhance automation and security ofHR processes
- Implement process improvements and policy changes to enhance efficiency and user experience
- Be recognized as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Global Administrator of the HRIS
- Ensure Data Protection through security roles, user access and permissions, accurate target populations and data integrity within the HRIS
- Establish and maintain a strong collaborative relationship with IT to deliver configuration enhancements and reliable results
- Work closely with our Global HR teams to improve operational efficiency
- Build and deliver user friendly training content and user guides to HRIS users
- Provide close and reliable technical support to all HRIS users.
- Identify and correct any technical errors; follow up on any anomalies
- Create, develop and maintain reports according to business reporting needs

- Quick thinking, with the ability to quickly grasp new topics by asking relevant questions and challenging the needs and the purpose of requests
- A keen sense of Customer Service, taking a proactive approach to problem solving rather than simply reacting to requests.
- The ability to work in a matrix organization withinan international context, dealing with a multitude of clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize requests and arbitrate, then communicate clearly to our internal clients on proposed solutions.
- Rigorous processing and analysis, clear restitution and the ability to arbitrate or escalate requests
- Curiosity, empathy, teaching skills and agility
Hard Skills
- Strong expertise on SuccessFactors suite. Proficiency in other HRIS, T&A and analytical tools is a plus
- Project management in an international context (for tool deployment, continuous improvement, or interface implementation)
- A professional fluency in English, enabling you to lead workshops, deliver analyses and give presentations to international audiences
- Clear understanding of HR and payroll processes and best practice (possibly IT and Finance as well)
Profile
You have at least an initial experience as HRIS Consultant or HRIS Specialist in an international / matrix environment, where you deployed modules / interfaces, audited existing systems and implemented continuous improvement actions.
You have a good understanding of operational HR needs, including payroll, while also being service-oriented with the ability toproactively engage with an international HR community. Fluency in English is essential for this position.
