Global Product/Marketing Manager M/F

Key Responsibilities:
The Global Product Manager - X-ray will be responsible for defining, developing, and implementing the global marketing strategy for the X-ray contrast media portfolio. This senior global role will focus on portfolio management, including market evolution, new product launches, and product discontinuations. The role requires a strategic approach to drive initiatives and ensure the successful implementation of the marketing plan worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and implement the global marketing strategy for the X-ray contrast media portfolio.
• Participate in the 5-year mid-term plan process.
• Portfolio Management
o Decide strategy and planning for market evolution, including share and volume.
o Plan new product launches, including what, when, where, and how much.
o Plan product discontinuations, including what, when, where, and how much.
Product Communication, Promotion and Training:
• Guarantee effective product-medico-marketing communication and promotional supports.
• Implement marketing plans to reach sales objectives and margins, considering market access implications.
• Leverage digital community and tools to contribute to the Group Digital transformation.
Stakeholder Management and KOL engagement:
• Develop and maintain a strong international KOLs network.
• Organize strategic seminars/webinars in collaboration with Medical Affairs.
• Ensure all marketing and communication activities are compliant with regulatory and compliance standards.
Market Analysis and Research:
• Conduct market analysis, including scenarios, trends, and competitor analysis.
• Monitor quantitative and qualitative product perception.
• Develop awareness and familiarity with market trends, government regulatory impact, and competitive influences.
• Perform research and voice of customers to support key projects.
New Product Launches:
• Define and drive the marketing execution of new product launch plans at a global level.
• Ensure regional deployment of new product launches.
Future Imaging Technologies:
• Develop awareness of future imaging technologies with OEMs.
• Make appropriate recommendations for the product portfolio and develop partnerships.
Key Stakeholders:
• Compliance, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Scientific Experts, Regional Marketers, CCOs, VP & Sales Managers, Regional Applications, MSL, Contrast Media Marketers, KOLs, Societies, Agencies, Partners, etc.
Skills and Key Competencies:
You are a marketer with a scientific profile with a :
- Extensive experience (5/10 years) in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry with proven sales and marketing experience.
- Excellent understanding of medical imaging, strongly preferred.
- Experience in launching new products and portfolio management.
- Experience working within a global organization in a matrix environment.
- Demonstrated success leading across functional teams.
- Strategic approach with a strong focus on results.
- Fluency in English required; fluency in French desirable.
