Location : Villepinte / Hybrid

 

We are seeking a Global Market Access Lead to join our team and work closely with the Global Head of Market Access in developing and implementing market access strategies for a novel contrast agent. As a Global Market Access Lead, you will be responsible for generating and synthesizing payer insights, implementing payer value propositions, and developing pricing strategy access across various market archetypes worldwide based on a clear understanding of the key stakeholders and their needs.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global pricing policy for a novel contrast agent, taking into account IRP, launch sequences, and tiered pricing

  • Define and implement launch sequencing strategies to optimize pricing corridor and value

  • Gather and analyze country insights to optimize the pricing strategy for a novel contrast agent

  • Support countries in implementing pricing policies and ensure continuous competitive benchmark and internal best practice sharing

  • Work in close collaboration with the Head of Market Access and other colleagues to implement market access and pricing strategies and identify solutions to enable access and reimbursement

  • Conduct market access analysis and pricing/market scenarios to inform decision making at the global launch steering committee

  • Support Head of Market Access in building and coordinating the activity with the countries, regions, and other functions

  • Ensure development of deep country-level understanding of payer needs, decision-making approaches, strategies, and country reimbursement stakeholders and influence map

  • Ensure that global evidence plans meet local country needs, or supplement with tailored strategies for key markets

  • Lead and own the development of the health economic and outcomes analyses required for access, selecting and coordinating the activity of external vendors

  • Ensure evidence synthesis activities (systematic reviews, indirect comparisons, dossier development) are performed to optimally meet payers' needs and support successful product positioning

  • Support the execution of broader market access goals, including pricing targets, revenue targets, access timelines, and overall launch success

 

Your Key to succes:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree required

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical sector

  • Prior interaction with healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical business customers

  • Knowledge of market access and strategic pricing

  • Strong cross-functional project management, organizational, and analytical skills

  • Fluent in spoken and written English

  • Market access and/or pricing in pharma is a must

  • International experience is a must

  • Launch experience is a must

  • Experience in building pricing strategy for a new product

  • Ability to work successfully and cooperatively across multiple cultures
