Your missions:

Act as Global Business Intelligence Manager with a strong background in finance to lead company's transformation into a data-driven organization. In this critical role, developing a comprehensive data strategy, and leveraging data insights to drive strategic decision-making across the entire Radiology industry value chain, with a particular emphasis on financial performance and forecasting.

Partner with business stakeholders across all departments (Sales & Marketing, TechOps, Finance, etc.) to understand their data needs, particularly focusing on financial metrics and translating them into actionable insights.
Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives, with a strong focus on financial performance.
Oversee the selection, implementation, and ongoing optimization of BI tools and technologies (e.g., data lakes, data warehouses, data visualization tools) to support financial analysis and reporting.
Ensure data quality and governance by establishing data standards, policies, and procedures specific to financial data.
Translate complex data analysis into clear, concise, and actionable insights for senior management, with a particular focus on financial performance and forecasting.
Market Analytics include Market data collection, Market research conduction (based on assessment) and Competitive intelligence screening.
Identify and communicate emerging data trends and opportunities to support strategic decision-making, especially regarding financial health and resource allocation.
Drive a culture of data-driven decision making across the organization, particularly within the finance department.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the field of business intelligence and financial analytics.

Your education:

MBA / Business background & Finance Expertise
Experience with a variety of BI tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik) and financial analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial modeling software).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on financial data analysis.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to translate complex data analysis into clear and concise insights for a non-technical audience, including senior financial leaders.
Strategic thinking, business acumen, and a deep understanding of the financial operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
Global mindset and ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment.
