 Your missions:

 

Act as Global Business Intelligence Manager with a strong background in finance to lead company's transformation into a data-driven organization. In this critical role, developing a comprehensive data strategy, and leveraging data insights to drive strategic decision-making across the entire Radiology industry value chain, with a particular emphasis on financial performance and forecasting.

 

  • Partner with business stakeholders across all departments (Sales & Marketing, TechOps, Finance, etc.) to understand their data needs, particularly focusing on financial metrics and translating them into actionable insights.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives, with a strong focus on financial performance.
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and ongoing optimization of BI tools and technologies (e.g., data lakes, data warehouses, data visualization tools) to support financial analysis and reporting.
  • Ensure data quality and governance by establishing data standards, policies, and procedures specific to financial data.
  • Translate complex data analysis into clear, concise, and actionable insights for senior management, with a particular focus on financial performance and forecasting.
  • Market Analytics include Market data collection, Market research conduction (based on assessment) and Competitive intelligence screening.
  • Identify and communicate emerging data trends and opportunities to support strategic decision-making, especially regarding financial health and resource allocation.
  • Drive a culture of data-driven decision making across the organization, particularly within the finance department.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the field of business intelligence and financial analytics.

 

 

 

Your education:

 

  • MBA / Business background & Finance Expertise
  • Experience with a variety of BI tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik) and financial analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial modeling software).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on financial data analysis.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data analysis into clear and concise insights for a non-technical audience, including senior financial leaders.
  • Strategic thinking, business acumen, and a deep understanding of the financial operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Global mindset and ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment.
