Main responsibilities

Responsible of daily payment and book keeping of AP/AR
Monthly Closing and prepare Financial statement and report working closely with Finance controller and outside Tax accounting firm
Register master Data of accounting systems and bank systems
Assist Finance manager’s management Report and Audit document
Assist Finance manager’s tax filling and payment records
Prepare and submit routine accounting and finance reports as well as respond to ad hoc requests.

Education, background required for the job

Working experience in Finance function at least 4-7 years and more
Background working experience in Global company (managed finance statement in English)
Book keeping certification (preferable)
Good communication skill with all level of organization
Proactive, agile, self-development and team oriented
SAP experience
Navision (preferable)
University degree or higher
