Supply Chain Manager

Logistics Operation

  • Manage whole Korea supply chain operation of supply planning, shipping, customer orders, warehousing and local distribution as well as system stock management with compliance.
  • Responsible for overseeing warehouse vendor management by QA’s guideline with managing pest control, temperature-control, humidity and equipment calibration and other regulation/requirements.
  • Manage Korea logistics suppliers and control cost of warehousing, import logistics and local transportation within the budget.
  • Manage SAP data correction and inventory adjustment and support any SAP defects with team and SAP CC team.
  • Reporting daily, weekly or monthly supply/stock/sales data or warehousing activities.


Demand and Supply Planning

  • Monitor Korea demand data with Korea MKT team monthly and support gap analysis.
  • Cooperate with MKT team for forecast accuracy improvement.
  • Liaise with HQ CS/Planners and HK Regional CS/Planning team proactively for on-time supply to Korea to keep optimal stock level and reduce stock out risks.
  • Lead monthly Korea S&OP meeting and improve supply chain KPI.
  • Responsible for reviewing slow-moving items and short-expiry stock regularly and action of sales-push and scrapping closely working with QA/F&A/MKT.


Customer Order Fulfillment

  • Coordinate with APAC Customer Service Team to support Korea Market customer order fulfillment, improving OTIF performance.
  • Other Responsibilities
  • Identify and explore new initiatives to improve Korea supply chain performance.
  • Any new regional/country level projects or tasks assigned by business and operation environment is evolving.


Educations & Experiences

  • Work experience in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry as Logistics manager for min 10 years.
  • Preferred SAP experience for PTP/OTC.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Certificate of Logistics Professional as CPIM and CSCP preferred.
  • Good communication skills and Team worker
  • Enthusiastic and Self Motivated
  • English Fluent to communicate with oversea colleagues and other functions.
