The main responsibility of the Wholesaler Manager is to secure the most commercially favorable terms for the company in terms of discount rate and DSO during the course of negotiation with wholesaler while maintaining sustainable & ethical business partnership with wholesaler.

 

Customer Management

  • Maintain sustainable & ethical business partnership with wholesaler
  • Negotiate with new wholesaler to secure maximum financial benefit of company
  • Lead annual negotiation with wholesaler
  • Management all contracts with wholesalers (new contracts, renewals, expired contracts
  • Reducing payment terms and discounts whenever opportunities are identified
  • Manage hospital bidding process

 

Credit Management

  • Monitor financial status of wholesalers to assess their credit risk
  • Manage all type of credit coverage such as mortgages, P-notes, Letter of credit
  • Propose some credit limits update on a monthly basis
  • Monitor wholesalers stock level
  • DSO manage and AR reserve calculation

 

Sales Analysis

  • Collect sales information from the field (sales rep) in order to forecast a market trend
  • Provide moving sales forecast for next 18 months
  • Provide a monthly forecast of future cash collection
  • Provide accurate and in-depth sales analysis report to management as well as for group reporting
  • Monthly Sales closing report preparation and Sales closing check vs Target
  • Action plan to reduce the gap vs Target by monthly.

 

Ad hoc duties

  • Perform any other reasonable duties that may be assigned by the supervisor, from time to time

 

Educations & Experiences 

  • More than 5 years of experience in similar field
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, able to perform with minimal supervision
  • Excellent phone demeanor
  • Prior administrative experience
  • Prior experience with basic business financial transactions a plus

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Good written skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Computer proficiency with Word, Excel, Access, and web applications
  • English proficiency is a plus
  • Good team player, positive attitude, ethical mind
