Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain process, including purchase order management, importation, warehouse operations, and on-time delivery to customers. This role ensures operational efficiency, inventory accuracy and 3PL performance based on internal QA guideline and compliance. 

 

SC Operation 

  • Manage SAP PO creation and warehouse management transactions, including MIGO, Goods Receipt (GR), and inbound/outbound delivery (ID/OD) processes
  • Coordinate monthly distribution activities, including scheduling and cross-functional readiness checks for redressing, import plan and distributor sales
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports (e.g., cash forecast, accrual, import plan and weather forecast)
  • Perform month-end closing activities, including logistics invoice verification, logistics cost payment request and stock movement validation
  • Submit monthly local supply report to heath authority (KPIS) and annual reports for import records by recycling responsibilities and contribution allocation payment 

 

Import & Customs clearance management

  • Coordinate shipment arrangements and maintain proactive communication with overseas suppliers
  • Manage customs clearance processes and ensure timely preparation of all required documentation
  • Handle import permits application and products master data maintenance with relevant authorities (e.g., KPTA, KMDIA)
  • Maintain accurate and compliant records of import/export documentation for audit purposes
  • Liaise with freight forwarders for import shipments and issue resolution
  • Monitor and follow up on discrepancies and claim

 

Warehousing process maintenance

  • Oversee inbound and outbound warehouse processes for commercial stock and label materials
  • Ensure warehouse operations comply with company SOPs and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct monthly and annual stock counts and reconcile discrepancies among physical inventory, SAP, and WMS and follow up any SAP stock discrepancies
  • Monitor warehouse performance and prepare reports on operational issues and local deliveries

 

Projects and Continuous Improvement

  • Lead or participate in supply chain-related projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Provide proactive support for cross-functional and company-driven activities
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Company

 

Educations & Experiences 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain functions, preferably within the healthcare industry

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Professional supply chain certification (CPIM, CSCP) preferred
  • Good to have experience in healthcare manufacturing industry

 

Work Location

  • Required to work at the warehouse location at least 3 days per week
  • Preference for candidates who can commute to Anseong and Dongtan
