The Junior Accountant supports accurate and timely financial operations across the organization, including month-end closing, general ledger activities, tax support, documentation, and financial data processing. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced and global environment.

Main Responsibilities

Prepare and post journal entries of Account payable( Purchase request / PO process) in ERP systems and support month/quarter/year-end closing.
Perform balance sheet and general ledger account reconciliations
Financial closing support for Inventory/ AR reserve
Review and check the expense claim report
Assist with VAT preparation and corporate income tax documentation.
Support the accounting support for subsidiary entity with HK SSC.
Support internal and external audit requests.
Follow internal control policies and contribute to process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external accounting/tax partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
2~5 years of accounting or finance experience .
Experience with ERP systems; SAP is a plus.
Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation.
Business-level English (reading, writing and speaking).
Proactive, organized, and strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in multinational environments.
Familiarity with SAP FI/CO / Inventory modules.
Experience in Pharma , Healthcare , manufacturing, or consumer goods industries.
