A – Commercial Excellence Program Management: CRM (Salesforce.com/Dynamic CRM)

  • Manage CRM database and data input
  • Ensure SAP actual sales data are correctly and completely loaded into CRM
  • Monitor sales volume forecast input by all MRs and check data inconsistency in order that up-to-date forecast data are maintained in CRM
  • Monitor other CRM data input – calls, potentials, account and customer information
  • Closely communicate IT vendor to resolve error in CRM and maintain CRM database
  • Generate reports based on CRM or P-BI
  • Periodically reports to Sales and General manager on sales activities based on CRM which is not covered by reports from finance and marketing
  • Utilize database to develop sales reports which can give heads up and implication to sales department and management
  • Develop strategic sales analysis and report suggestions for commercial performance improvements to the GM and sales managers.
  • Analyze market and sales data in order to contribute to the development of long-term strategic marketing and commercial excellence plans.

 

B – Sales Competency Development:

  • Work closely with the sales team toward commercial excellence
  • implements Guerbet sales methodologies & processes
  • coach, support and train sales team in adopting the tools and methodologies
  • create action plans and contribute to sales success in collaboration with the Sales Managers
  • Develop internal sales training courses and coordinates external sales training to ensure sales team develops strong selling and strategic competencies
  • Conduct sales training classes - basic sales skills, strategic selling skills, train-the-trainer sessions.
  • Define sales training plan for new sales team members and suggestions for on-going development plans for current team in collaboration with Sales Managers.

C – Sales Team Support:

  • Act as liaison between sales department and other support function
  • Provide support to sales team -  document processing, meeting and event scheduling,

Translation, actions to sales team’s request

 

D- Sales Order Operations

  • Process and manage customer purchase orders received via email and web ordering platforms; enter and monitor orders in SAP until delivery completion.
  • Create SAP delivery order after validating accuracy and completeness of order details as well as checking credit block
  • Issue sales invoices, including VAT invoices.
  • Create return orders, specimen orders, and credit notes upon receiving appropriate approvals.
  • Issue credit and debit notes related to MATP, PVA, and price adjustments.
  • Prepare stock-controlling file and monitor daily orders for limited stock items during shortage periods.
  • Update weekly & monthly sales report and provide sales analysis data at request

 

E- Master Data Management & SAP

  • Maintain up-to-date SAP master data for materials, customers, and pricing in collaboration with APAC CS, Marketing, and Service Data Management teams.
  • Ensure alignment of SAP customer master data with SSART wholesaler customer master including matching SAP code and VAT code.
  • Conduct SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) testing as a key user for business enhancements and system updates.
  • Detect SAP errors, defects and evolution and coordinate resolution with SAP team.

 

F- Wholesaler Management Support

  • Monitor on-time transmission of wholesalers’ to-market sales and stock data through SSART 
  • Maintain and update new wholesaler customer master data in SSART in alignment with SAP.
  • Provide operational support for SSART-related projects.

 

G- Customer Services and Compliance

  • Manage customer complaints related to order errors, 3PL issues, and quality concerns; coordinate prompt resolution and record 3PL handling errors in DNC.
  • Train new customers on e-order platform usage and conduct annual customer service satisfaction surveys.
  • Log PV (Pharmacovigilance)-related inquiries and provide weekly reports to the PV team.
  • Distribute operational notices to customers regarding holidays, major changes, shortages, and other important information.

In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed above, the employee is required to perform any other reasonable duties that may be assigned by the manager and company from time to time.

Education, background required for the job

  • IT System oriented and well-established skill-set on statistics
  • Experience in data management
  • Knowledge in sales data and process
  • CRM (Salesforce.com & Dynamic CRM) management experience; implementation experience preferred
  • Business/Marketing Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Good team player, positive attitude, good work ethic
  • Fluent in Korean and English
  • Computer proficiency with MS-Office program especially in Excel & P-BI
