This role will be responsible for the sale of contrast media, supplies and/or medical equipment according to the client portfolio assigned by the Company.

 

YOUR ROLE

  • Generation of new businesses, based on the detection of new opportunities in assigned centers and areas.

  • Responsible for the sales process, through visits to clients, presentation of current products and new launches. Seeking to close business deals, with the intention of reaching and/or exceeding the sales objectives of the area.

  • Take care of clients both in the assigned territory (Santiago) and in assigned Provinces.

  • Availability to travel outside the assigned territory

  • Maintain permanent control over customer visits, presenting important product information, analyzing service levels and supporting the company with preventive and/or corrective actions.

  • Attend national and international events (Conferences, Congresses, Scientific Meetings, etc.) where required or participated by the Company.

  • Promote the company's products with different stakeholders , disseminating them to achieve previously established goals.

  • Prepare call reports, client visits, and sales/expense reports.

  • Stay up to date on the market, as well as the company's products and the competition.

  • Permanent review of product stock and early request for those that are necessary.

  • Accurately report new opportunities and their probability of success, so that they are incorporated into the forecast .

  • post-sale follow-up . Preparation of management reports.

  • Attend, carry out and execute with maximum dedication all training, improvement seminars, courses and training assigned by the company

  • Other functions inherent to the position.

 

YOUR BACKGROUND

 

  • Medical technologist with a major in Radiology or Biomedical Engineer

  • Experience in the health sector and in consultative sales of radiological contrast media.

  • Demonstrable experience in sales in the hospital area.

  • Complete understanding of industry practices.

  • Goal-orientation

  • Skills analytics ( excel intermediate )

  • Negotiation skills with medium and low levels in health institutions.

  • Interpersonal Skills: To build strong relationships with clients, which involves being friendly, empathetic and understanding.

  • Adequate analytical capacity to evaluate sales and results.

  • Be able to communicate effectively and have presentation skills regarding the performance of your territory.

  • Be able to establish an effective workflow system, including managing follow-ups, sales records, and scheduling meetings.

  • Knowledge in the management of the CRM system (Customer Relationship Management - SalesForce )

  • Availability to travel within Chile (southern region of Chile) and if necessary help with training of distributors outside of Chile
