If you’re looking for a dynamic, collaborative environment where autonomy is valued, this opportunity is for you! We are seeking an organized, proactive professional to join our team and contribute directly to Pharmacovigilance and Materiovigilance operations in Brazil.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, track, and submit all PV/MV case reports and special situations to Headquarters and local Health Authorities.
  • Archive all PV/MV documentation in accordance with local procedures.
  • Request follow‑up information using product/event‑specific questionnaires when needed.
  • Perform literature searches and signal detection related to Guerbet products.
  • Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance, Customer Service, Sales/Commercial, Technical Support, and Medical Affairs.
  • Perform reconciliation of PV/MV cases with GVMI and cross-functional teams.
  • Assist in the review of labeling and packaging related to PV/MV in compliance with regulations.
  • Prepare and deliver internal and external PV/MV trainings.
  • Draft and review SOPs and conduct impact assessments aligned with local and global requirements.
  • Support PV/MV compliance, KPIs, and audits.
  • Assist with administrative routines, including invoice processing and vendor payments.

 

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Pharmacy
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance.
  • Proficiency in Office tools (Word, Excel).
  • A highly organized, collaborative, dynamic professional who enjoys working with autonomy.
