The Marketing Intern is responsible for providing support to the company's management and departments, handling operational and bureaucratic tasks for the areas involved.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

YOUR ROLE

• Creating POs (payment requests) for various sponsorships, interfacing with other legal, accounting, and sales departments.
• Supporting the Manager in planning the administrative routine of the marketing department.
• Assisting in managing digital content and agencies (website updates).
• Developing and updating communication materials for the sales force.
• Analyzing and monitoring the status of marketing initiatives.
• Supporting the organization of events and meetings for healthcare professionals.
• Creating tools and solutions for new business.
• Supporting the management of the expense control spreadsheet.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Currently pursuing a degree in Advertising and Marketing, with a minimum expected graduation date of December 2024.
• Availability to intern for 6 hours.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) – intermediate level.
• Knowledge of video editing tools, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator/Canvas, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Express.
• Intermediate/advanced English, Spanish (desirable).
• Strong communication skills, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrates a constructive attitude and willingness to learn new things.
• Ability to organize and structure various tasks and responsibilities.
• Attention to detail.
