  • Manage Operational Systems Microsoft (Windows Server and Client);

  • Manage for Virtual environments (VMWare and Citrix);

  • Hardware for server and endpoint (notes, desktops and mobile devices);

  • Provide service Desk Support level 1, 2 and 3 for all LatAm sites (Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Panama and Argentina);

  • Provide support for Internal and External Users;

  • Manage Networking equipment: Cisco Routers, Switches, Access Points (included Aruba) and VPN;

  • Infrastructure: racks and cabling for datacenter, plants and endpoints, twiste pair, optical fiber, type connectors and speed;

  • Assist with project management, IT KPIs enhancement and closing results;

  • Perform backup / restore Avamar tools and asset control;

  • Perform IT vendor management and bill payment processing;

  • Conduct presentations IT LatAm in worldwide meetings;

  • Desirable ERP TOTVS Datasul and Industrial system skills;

  • Desirable Telephony Avaya skills;

  • Desirable Database Microsoft SQL Server;

  • Desirable Developer skills;

  • Occasional business travel to overseas offices.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Information Technology, Information

  • Systems, Computer Science or related field;

  • Desirable Complementary related IT and networking courses;

  • Relevant work experience as IT Support Analyst;

  • Experience in identifying and solving technical and sometimes complex problems

  • (troubleshooting), find out workaround;

  • Teamwork, communication, productivity and planning;

  • Resilient and pressure jobs;

  • Business vision for cost reduction and IT operation improvements;

  • Languages: Advanced English and Desirable Spanish.
