WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and inspire our sales team. This role involves overseeing Full Line Sales Specialists, a Regional Inside Sales Person, and a Regional Injector Specialist to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals. The ideal candidate will work closely with the National Account Manager to drive sales compliance within the region. This is a field-based position for our western region.

 

YOUR ROLE

  • Lead and direct a team of Full Line Sales Specialists to promote our products to targeted academic centers, IDNs, and key accounts.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for short, mid, and long-term goals.
  • Manage the sales force to ensure profitability and achieve company goals.
  • Monitor market trends and launch strategic plans accordingly.
  • Define market and customer approaches, recommending product positioning and pricing strategies.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with physicians, key opinion leaders, and strategic partners.
  • Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals.
  • Coordinate with other departments to direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Support and coach sales representatives in maintaining relationships and closing deals.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports and analyze sales performance against goals and targets.

 

YOUR BACKGROUND

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MS or MBA preferred.
  • Registered Technologists with MR, CT Registry a plus [RT (R) (MR) (CT)].

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years in Diagnostic Imaging Sales, preferably in Contrast Media or Diagnostic Imaging medical devices.
  • At least 3 years in pharmaceutical and/or medical devices sales management.

Skills/Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of MR, CT, Interventional and Diagnostic Radiology, and Healthcare IT.
  • Proven track record of sales success in a hospital environment.
  • Strategic selling ability, preferably with Miller Heiman Sales Methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel 50-75%.
