WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

The Infrastructure Engineer role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including network configuration, hardware and software support, and Active Directory management. Candidates should have at least 2 years of IT support experience, strong knowledge of Windows 10 and networking, and ideally hold certifications like CompTIA A+ or Cisco CCNA. Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, PowerShell, VMware, and familiarity with FDA-regulated or biopharma industries is advantageous. Join us in optimizing our IT infrastructure. This position is located at our Raleigh, NC site.

 

YOUR ROLE:

  • PCs, Laptops, and Accessories:  Build, Configuration, Installation, Tracking, Troubleshooting, Support

  • Printers and Peripherals:  Configuration, Installation, Tracking, Troubleshooting, Support

  • IT Equipment, Supplies, and Cables:  Organization, Tracking, Labeling, Installation

  • Software and OS: Installation, Tracking, Troubleshooting, Support

  • Wireless Telecomm:  Configuration, Tracking, Troubleshooting, Support

  • Active Directory:  Basic Object Updates, Troubleshooting

  • Local and Global Networking:  LAN/WAN/Circuit Configuration, Installation, Documentation, Troubleshooting, Support

  • Other duties as necessary

 

YOUR BACKGROUND:

Required:

  • 2 Years IT support experience

  • Good understanding of Windows 10, MS Office, PCs/Laptops, Printers, Accessories

  • Good understanding of Windows networking

Preferred:

  • Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent experience

  • CompTIA A+ or equivalent

  • Windows Server 2016+ experience

  • Active Directory experience

  • PowerShell scripting

  • VMware experience

  • Experience in an FDA-regulated or biopharma industry
