Join our team as a Formulation Tech and be a key player in integrating formulations into our dynamic production environment. We're seeking a dedicated Individual to monitor and adapt processes, ensuring regulatory complince. This 2nd shift position located in Raleigh, NC offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the heart of our operations.



As a Formulation Tech, you'll:

  • Adapt Processes: Integrate formulation processes efficiently.

  • Documentation: Prepare and review process documentation.

  • Formulate Products: Create existing products with precision.

  • Training: Train operations personnel.

  • Imporvements: Identify and implement process improvements.

  • Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Cleanroom Maintenance: Sanitize equipment and maintain cleanliness in a cleanroom.



  • Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

  • Experience: 1-2 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing (preferred), compounding or formulation experience (preferred).

  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, good interpersonal skills, mechanical aptitude.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime/off-shift.

  • Collaboration: Ability to interact with R&D chemists.

  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to use PC in a Windows environment, read and follow SOPs.

  • Mathematical Skills: Basic math skills.

  • GMP Knowledge: Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
