WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

This person will manage the performance of NAM Field Service organizations including responsibility for revenue growth.

 

YOUR ROLE

  • Direct and lead the internal service teams and field service manager to meet company goals in revenue and expense.

  • Maximize customer satisfaction by using staff to effectively solve customer problems.

  • Develop service procedures for injector systems and Urology to manage and run the service organization.

  • Determine manpower requirements for service to support our installed base.

  • Prepare budgets and forecast of revenue and expenses to manage the operation of the service and organizations.

  • Develop and project short and long range plans to improve the performance of the injector business as it relates to service and support.

  • Work with Field Service Manager on short and long term plans to improve product serviceability and efficiency of repair process.

  • Establish service offerings to generate revenues to meet corporate goals.

  • Responsible for recruitment, selection and training of service personnel.

  • Develops and maintain relationships with key strategic partners.

  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

  • Assures all regulatory compliance issues are being followed in the department’s activities.

  • Ability to negotiate and close national service agreements.

  • Works in collaboration with sales organization to close regional service agreements.

  • Ability to negotiate and close contracts with external partners needed to support Guerbet FSE’s.

  • Collaborates with global executives on implementing new initiatives to increase brand awareness and revenue.

  • Responsible for developing relationships with key external partners.

  • Accustomed to working in a team environment.

 

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree Preferred

  • 5+ years Service Management or comparable experience with strong understanding of functions and procedures

  • Ability to interpret financial data and utilize data to make sound business decisions

  • Strong interpersonal skills including ability to communicate effectively with individuals and groups, with clinical and non-clinical colleagues

  • Experience establishing and maintaining effective relationships both internally & externally departments and organizations

  • Ability to build cross functional relationships within all levels of the organization

  • Experience developing and implementing strategic plans

  • Experience managing budgets and expenses

  • Ability to analyze data and KPI’s to drive incremental business & operate more efficiently

  • Ability to develop business cases and present financial data

  • Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and influencing skills

  • Ability to develop accurate short and long term plans, forecasting, and conduct business analysis

  • Strong project management skills

  • Demonstrated contract negotiation skills
