Summary of the position:
This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external customers through phone and email communications while ensuring company quality standards are consistently met. Acts as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing accurate product and service information, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Demonstrates strong multitasking, time management, and problem-solving skills to effectively prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Coordinates the resolution of complex or unusual customer situations, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and serves as a liaison to address and resolve customer concerns. Committed to maintaining excellent service standards and fostering positive customer relationships through professionalism, responsiveness, and effective communication.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, or chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures
• Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently
• Document customer interactions, concerns, and resolutions in company systems
• Process orders, returns, credits, rebills, and account updates.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and promotions
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate departments when necessary
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved satisfactorily
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction, response time, and productivity goals
• Handle customer accounts and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service quality
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and best practices
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational processes
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and a positive attitude during all customer interactions
• Requires successful completion of assigned training
