Reporting to the Head of HR Global Enabling Functions, you will lead Human Resources activities for the Prague site and oversee the EMEA HR Services model supporting commercial affiliates across the region.

The Prague site gathers more than 80 employees across Finance, IT, Commercial, Customer Service, Logistics and Technical Services functions. You will also support EMEA commercial entities (approximately 160 employees).

You will directly manage a team of three HR professionals based in Prague and work closely with the EMEA HR Commercial team and Global HR Centers of Expertise based in France.

 

Key Responsibilities

Lead the EMEA HR Services Model

  • Define HR roles, responsibilities and service delivery governance while ensuring proper business continuity and backup plans.
  • Oversee payroll and HR administration activities for Prague and the EMEA commercial affiliates.
  • Maintain HR procedures, policies, handbooks and operational documentation.
  • Coordinate employee benefits administration with local management teams and the Global Compensation & Benefits team.
  • Ensure HR data quality and compliance by acting as the primary interface with the HRIS team.

 

Partner with Prague Site Leadership

  • Define and implement local work organization principles.
  • Lead core local HR processes and governance.
  • Support local leadership in workforce planning and organizational changes.

 

Drive the People Agenda

  • Partner with managers on recruitment activities in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Lead talent development, training and capability-building initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations topics, including disciplinary matters and performance improvement plans.

 

Deploy Global HR Processes

  • Performance Management and annual Salary Review.
  • Talent Management and Succession Planning.
  • Workforce Planning and Budget Preparation.
  • Support the implementation of Global HR policies, processes and systems.

 

Education & expérience

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience in an international environment.
  • Previous experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager or Shared Services HR leader.
  • Proven experience managing HR operations across multiple countries.
  • Experience leading and developing HR teams.

 

Skills & qualifications

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with strong communication, influencing abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
  • High level of autonomy and ability to navigate complexity in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll governance and labor law.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, HR data management and knowledge of compensation & benefits practices.
  • Project management and process improvement capabilities.
  • Fluent English is mandatory and Czech language skills would be considered a strong asset.
