Job Purpose

 

The Identity Management Specialist is responsible for activities related with Active Directory Services, PKI, Azure Active Directory and SSO Enterprice Applications, internal scripts and related solutions for auditing, backups.

 

 

Principal Responsibilities of the role 

 

•    Support and administrate identity and access management solutions including Single Sign On (SSO), Active Directory (AD), Identity Access Governance (IAG), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
•    Manage Enterprise PKI
•    Adminitration of AD-Integrated DNS and DHCP servers. Cooperation with the infrastructure team.
•    Deploy and manage Group Policies needed in Active Directory.
•    Implement approved automated solutions to enable business value while delivering superior security solutions.
•    Responsible for the proactive service/system monitoring of Active Directory and Windows privileged and elevated access.
•    Participate in Active Directory and Entra projects, support-related activities, provide technical direction and guidance for daily operational undertakings.
•    Execute service calls and tickets through internal system in a timely manner.
•    Coordinate and escalate support issues with other IT department and third-party vendors when applicable.
•    Provide data and reporting of Key Performance Indicators and trends to IT department and others in ad-hoc/weekly/monthly meetings or as requested.
•    Maintain/update architecture documentation quarterly including current diagrams, decisions, schedules and any custom configuration information.
•    Participate in internal and external audits.
•    Assist with creation and revision of department policies and procedures.
•    Ensure compliance of policies and procedures related to the IT department.
•    Maintain Security polices best practices without impacting the business’ operations.
•    Participate in department initiatives such as problem management, change management and contingency planning.
•    Administrate and support File Shares creations/modifications and consolidate existing structures and security setup.
•    Cooperate with Identity Management Leader on daily basis to definy daily operations and project tasks.
•    Develop and maintain automation scripts (i.e. PowerShell).
•    Perform analysis of Windows system needs; contribute, coordinate and facilitate the design, architecture, integration, and installation of products and services.
•    Create security and distribution groups in Active Directory.
•    Assign groups, file level permissions in Active Directory.
•    Train local and regional support team members on incident origination processes and modifications implemented within the ticketing system.
•    Create work instructions for delegated tasks to other teams.
•    Domestic and international travel as required
•    Perform other duties as assigned by management.


 

Requirements / Expectations

 

Education:


•    High school or higher

 

Experience:


•    A minimum of 2 years of operational and technical experience.
•    Technical administration, Windows Server Operating systems, Exchange online.
•    AD DS, Entra ID, SSO, PKI
•    Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows PowerShell and Exchange PowerShell
•    Microsoft certifications preferred.


Preferred Skills/Qualifications:


•    Fluent English is a must, and other European Languages an advantage
•    Solid Active Directory and Azure Active Directory working experience in medium-large size Enterprise environments.
•    Microsoft certifications preferred.
•    Enterprise experience with Windows Active Directory authentication technologies such as LDAP and SLDAP, and management of group policies.
•    Working knowledge and hands-on experience of client/server architecture and data access using Windows-based and middleware technology.
•    Knowledge of enterprise class systems and software such as Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, SCCM, antivirus, Office 365, remote management and troubleshooting.
•    Knowledge of TCP/IP protocol, routing concepts, and troubleshooting.
•    Technical computer skills as well as good interpersonal, management and customer service skills including the ability to communicate technical concepts in a non-technical manner.
•    Basic Knowledge of IT Project Management techniques/processes.
•    Highly developed analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems using a methodical systematic approach.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation.
•    Must be self-motivated with a strong ability to work both independently and with teams and managers.
