Location: Czech Republic, Prague (Hybrid role)

 

Permanent contract to be filled as soon as possible

 

Your responsibilities :

 

•    Design, develop, integrate, and test identity and access management solutions including Single Sign On (SSO), Active Directory (AD), Identity Access Governance (IAG), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
•    Transforms business requirements into technical specifications. Designs and develops system-security measures to ensure security best practices are fully integrated. Validates current and future-state architectural models to assess impact across all technology systems.
•    Manage Enterprise PKI
•    Adminitration of AD-Integrated DNS and DHCP servers. Cooperation with the infrastructure team.
•    Identify, design and implement automated solutions to enable business value while delivering superior security solutions.
•    Responsible for the proactive service/system monitoring of Active Directory and Windows privileged and elevated access.
•    Plan, design, lead and coordinate Active Directory projects, support-related activities, provide technical direction and guidance for daily operational undertakings.
•    Execute service calls and tickets through internal system in a timely manner.
•    Coordinate and escalate support issues with other IT department and third-party vendors when applicable.
•    Provide data and reporting of Key Performance Indicators and trends to IT department and others in ad-hoc/weekly/monthly meetings or as requested.
•    Maintain/update architecture documentation quarterly including current diagrams, decisions, schedules and any custom configuration information.
•    Participate in internal and external audits.
•    Assist with creation and revision of department policies and procedures.
•    Ensure compliance of policies and procedures related to the IT department.
•    Maintain Security polices best practices without impacting the business’ operations.
•    Participate in department initiatives such as problem management, change management and contingency planning.
•    Engage in projects by participating or leading as designated and provide accurate and timely results.
•    Support Anti-Virus Solutions and provide reports on the overall health of the environment.
•    Develop and maintain automation scripts (i.e. PowerShell).
•    Perform analysis of Windows system needs; contribute, coordinate and facilitate the design, architecture, integration, and installation of products and services.
•    Create security and distribution groups in Active Directory.
•    Assign groups, file level permissions in Active Directory.
•    Train local support team members, Relationship Managers and Data Analysts on incident origination processes and modifications implemented within the ticketing system.
•    Domestic and international travel as required
•    Perform other duties as assigned by management.


Requirements / Expectations :

 

Education:

 

•    High school or higher

 

Experience:

 

•    A minimum of 5 years of operational and technical leadership experience.
•    Technical administration, Windows Server Operating systems, Exchange on-prem and Exchange online.
•    Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows PowerShell and Exchange PowerShell
•    Microsoft certifications preferred.


Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

 

•    Fluent English is a must, and other European Languages an advantage
•    Solid Active Directory and Azure Active Directory working experience in medium-large size Enterprise environments.
•    Microsoft certifications preferred.
•    Enterprise experience with Windows Active Directory authentication technologies such as LDAP and SLDAP, and management of group policies.
•    Working knowledge and hands-on experience of client/server architecture and data access using Windows-based and middleware technology.
•    Knowledge of enterprise class systems and software such as Windows 7, Windows 10, Microsoft Office, SCCM, antivirus, Office 365, remote management and troubleshooting.
•    Knowledge of TCP/IP protocol, routing concepts, and troubleshooting.
•    Technical computer skills as well as good interpersonal, management and customer service skills including the ability to communicate technical concepts in a non-technical manner.
•    Basic Knowledge of IT Project Management techniques/processes.
•    Highly developed analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems using a methodical systematic approach.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation.
•    Must be self-motivated with a strong ability to work both independently and with teams and managers.
