WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. National Accounts Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our sales and marketing efforts, managing key accounts, and fostering strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
YOUR ROLE
-
Serve GPOs, IDNs, and large accounts by selling Guerbet LLC products and services in the assigned territory.

Design national sales and marketing programs to increase profit.

Gather and report information on competitors, pricing, products, and market trends to management.

Assist management and vendors in planning, tracking, and implementing sales strategies and developing new markets.

Proactively reach out to new customers to set up meetings and presentations.

Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and their specialty areas of practice.

Pursue unique marketing, merchandising, and operational opportunities for each assigned account.

Develop and maintain strong executive relationships with assigned distributors.
-
Work closely with assigned distributors to understand their specific requirements.

Coordinate account and market reviews of key metrics and best practices for assigned distribution.
YOUR BACKGROUND
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
-
PharmD is a plus
-
Registered Technologists with MR Registry a plus [RT (R) (MR)].
Experience:
-
Minimum of 5-7 years of Diagnostic Imaging Sales experience in Contrast Media or Medical Devices, including management experience.

Strong track record of sales successes in a hospital environment with complex sales environment experience.
Skills/Competencies:

Strong knowledge of MR and Interventional Radiology a plus.

Strategic selling ability.

Strong negotiation skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
