The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily cash management on the NALATAM perimeter, provide accurate cash forecasts and analysis in coordination with the other Group functions, monitor FX exposure and optimize cash management costs.

 

Main responsibilities:

 

  • Cash managementDaily cash management: cashflow reconciliation – rejected payments investigation - Interco reconciliation - cashflows analytic coding
  • Intercompany transactions monitoring
  • FX exposure: Identify FX exposure (transactional, financial, economic) for each entity
  • Funding: Assess funding needs and maturity for each countrySet up with the central Treasury team the appropriate intercompany funding facilities, taking into account local regulation.
  • Bank accounts management; Optimize the bank account structure in each country complying with the Group Target Operating Model
  • Reporting and ForecastMonthly reporting (FX exposure, FX and cashflow analysis, Medium term cash forecasts for each country in the region relying on monthly P&L cash forecasts
Requirements: 
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Treasury, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5y experience in cash management for the NALATAM region in an international environment
  • Kyriba knowledge is a must
  • Reliable, attention to details
  • Good oral and written English, French is a plus
