​​​​​​​YOUR ROLE

  • Supervise, guide, coach, and motivate the local Technical Service Team.
  • Oversee the calibration process for instruments and tools used by both Guerbet's and third-party Field Service Technicians (FSTs) during equipment maintenance.
  • Conduct online monitoring and management of field services, in alignment with Sales Team needs, to ensure effective delivery of maintenance tasks, meeting customer requirements.
  • Provide support to the Customer Service team in opening service tickets and managing service dispatch processes.
  • Gather information and assist in techno vigilance (RA and QA) cases and investigations.
  • Offer technical support to Field Service Technicians (FSTs).
  • Coordinate the scheduling of preventive maintenance (PM) and calibrations in the maintenance management system (Genesis) to ensure compliance with defined PM levels.
  • Assist in the development of internal work procedures documentation.
  • Act to ensure the financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as OPEX budget and TS Sales margins, are kept in line to ensure business profitability.
  • Conduct visits to main customers to ensure service quality levels.
  • Support FSTs and Service Subcontractors in managing the flow of spare parts, including delivery, returns to the warehouse, identification, and proper usage.
  • Proactively contribute to the service delivery strategy by proposing new ideas and projects focused on quality improvement and cost reduction.
  • Monitor and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service, such as FST Utilization, PM Compliance level, First Time Fix, Incidents Closed in One day, Repeated Calls, and NPS (Net Promoter Score).
  • Act as a local technology evangelist, collaborating with other teams, to implement the Customer Experience project and provide additional options and capabilities to improve customer experience with Guerbet's products and services. This includes AI virtual assistants, QR codes, digitalized technical documentation, web portal access, IoT, etc



  • Technical degree is a must or Associate degree in Electronics, Engineering, IT, or Administration (desired).

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relationship and service level areas.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with complex business scenarios.

  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving skills.

  • Self-motivated, adaptable to changes, and results-oriented.

  • Consistently meet deadlines and respond to technical service requirements promptly.

  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.

  • Proficient in relevant technical areas.
