WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our LATAM team. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional service delivery to our customers by managing the full order lifecycle and maintaining accurate customer records. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong communication skills, and bring a proactive approach to problem-solving. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values precision, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
This position is based in Mexico City, MX.

 

YOUR ROLE

  • Manage the complete order entry and fulfillment process for LATAM customers.
  • Correct electronic order errors and investigate root causes to prevent recurrence.
  • Receive and process customer orders via email, including quoting prices and delivery timelines.
  • Monitor stock levels and expedite orders as needed to meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain and update customer profiles and generate status reports.
  • Process returns and issue credits in accordance with company policies.
  • Provide emergency order support when requested by customers.
  • Stay informed about Guerbet’s product offerings and customer service protocols.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, with or without accommodation.

 

YOUR BACKGROUND

Education

  • Associate’s Degree required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years in a high-volume customer service environment
  • Experience in medical or pharmaceutical sectors is a strong advantage
  • Background in retail or other customer-facing roles is beneficial

Skills/Competencies

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and oral)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power BI
  • Familiarity with SAP systems is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with extensive data entry and multitasking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
