Main responsibilities:

 

 

Sales

  • Achieves sales results in the geographic area assigned (regions: Centro Sur comprising of Madrid and periphery, Andalucía, Castile and León, Castile-La Mancha, Extremadura, Canary Islands)
  • Follows bids and tenders in the territory in conjunction with the Customer Service dept
  • Negotiates with identified private groups even outside of the assigned territory
  • Attends congresses and events

 

Management

  • Manages a team of agents and KAM (Key Account Manager)
  • Assigns sales objectives and monitors sales results through reports and analysis
  • Coaches the team to improve performance
  • Spends time in the field together with the team

 

Stakeholders management

  • Establishes and maintains constant business relations in his territory with key clinical opinion leaders and hospital administration key roles (Head of Pharmacy, Head of Purchases, etc.)

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Knowledge of procedures related to public tenders, competence in radiology and healthcare market, use of pc for reporting and sales analysis
  • Experience in sales to public and private centers
  • Full working proficiency in Spanish language
  • Intermediate level of English language
  • Ability to travel extensively across the assigned territory (Centro Sur)
