Warehouse Administration

Main Responsibilities

Warehouse operation

  • Manage daily physical operation of receiving, inspection, put-away, inventory storage, re-work, order picking, shipping, return and scrap as well as system stock data management.
  • Responsible for keeping inventory with accuracy and performing regular counting including annual stocktaking.
  • Enforce warehouse operation SOP and compliance during daily warehouse operation, to ensure compliance in managing pest control, temperature-control, humidity and equipment calibration and other related regulation/requirements.
  • Report any discrepancy during operation to supply chain manager and QA manager immediately and investigate the root case and follow up corrective/preventive actions.
  • Reporting daily, weekly or monthly stock or warehousing activities by Logistics Manager’s instruction.
  • General clerical work and data entry.
  • Support marketing material stock and technical service parts inventory handling.


Import and transportation

  • Track and follow up inbound shipments and apply for import permit and import customs handling.
  • Arrange logistics vendors of forwarders and transportation companies by the company’s contracts and business. 
  • Any warehouse projects to support regional and HK business growth


Educations & Experiences

  • Form 5 or above with 2 years working experience in Logistics /warehouse industry is essential.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Good communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Familiar with pharmaceutical warehouse operation SOP and QA guidelines.
  • Required to appreciate time critical handling of requests.
  • Required to perform physical work.
  • Familiar with general computer applications.
  • Need to run forklift (license is required in HK to operate forklift).
