He/She is responsible to achieve sales-out targets for assigned class of trade, provide good customer services to maintain good relationship. Support sales team on ad hoc projects.

 

Tender preparation (30%)

  • Identify key stakeholders and specific needs for group tenders.
  • Build, propose, update and put in place strategies to win group tenders.
  • Prepare technical dossier, quotation and answer to tender om time.
  • Contact, visit and be in touch with key opinion leader participating to the tender process ( including purchasing department, pharmacy, radiologists, radiographers ).   

 

Account Management (30%)

  • Know key decision makers, develop rapport, and understand whole decision making process
  • Customer visits, conduct presentations, seminars
  • Able to identify red flags with account, handle objections, identify influencers and know competitors
  • Forecats and plan weekly/ monthly sales activities and results.
  • Reports activity on a weekly basis ( visits, opportunities…)
  • Execute delegated strategies to develop and grow assigned territories
  • Seek out competitor information and communicate to manager
  • Co-ordinate and conduct workshops and exhibitions
  • Co-ordinate and liaise with key opinion leaders for sponsorships and educational visits

 

Customer Relationship Building (30%)

  • Keep close contacts with customers
  • Provide clinical papers to customers
  • Constant interactions & conversations

 

Customer Education (10%)

  • Problem-solving and solution presentations
  • Communicate and consistently update customers on new information

 

Educations & Experiences

  • Minimum 2 years of medical sales experience preferred
  • Minimum Diploma in medical, nursing, other relevant disciplines or state registered nurse
  • Pharmaceutical sales experience can be considered

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge on Sales Force.
  • Good English and Cantonese skills both in written and verbal
  • Ability to interact with people in a team-oriented, respectful, and efficient manner
