Global Product Manager MRI

SUMMARY

 

Within the Diagnostic Imaging Global Marketing Organization, The Global MRI product Manager will work to support the global marketing strategy & drive initiatives for a specific line of products and ensure its implementation worldwide.

She/He will work closely with the Regional marketers, Sales teams, Medical affairs.

This position will report to the Global marketing Manager and will collaborate to support for the whole product lifecycle management of a mature product and for the pre-launch and launch activities of a new contrast media
 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Support development and implement Marketing strategy to meet the global objectives 
  • Create innovative downstream marketing solutions (educational and promotional), programs and tools along with affiliates sales team needs & using new digital technologies
  • Track & Analyze the performance of the products (dashboards, KPIs) 
  • Support to perform market researches, voice of customers and analyze competitive environment and market trends
  • Support commercial excellence initiatives towards tailored positioning and value propositions 
  • Ensure that all the activities are undertaken within budgetary limits
  • Build strong internal/external Stakeholders network:
    • Establish relationships with international KOL
    • Develop relationships and build credibility with key internal stakeholders (Global and country commercial teams, Communication, Medical Affairs, Compliance …)
  • Participate/organize key international congresses and lead the product communication (booth, symposia, webinars) 
  • Organize Strategic seminars in collaboration with Medical Affairs
  • Ensure all marketing and communication activities are compliant with regulatory standards 
REQUIRED SKILLS & BACKGROUND
  • Scientific profile with business/marketing experience 
  • 2/5 years work experience in product management 
  • Experience in Pharma products 
  • Good understanding of Healthcare environment & medical imaging preferred
  • Experience of international environment
  • Experience working within a global organization in a matrix environment
  • Team player
  • Fluency in English required
  • Fluency in French desirable
