WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a Full Line Sales Representative who is driven to continually identify new sales opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships. This role is pivotal in developing sales pipelines to manage sales quotas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for serving customers by selling our products and services in the assigned territory, building, and maintaining accurate information on current and prospective customers, and learning market dynamics in the territory.

 

YOUR ROLE

  • Serve customers by selling our products and services in the assigned territory. 

  • Build and maintain accurate information on current and prospective customers. 

  • Approach customers to gain trust and rapport. 

  • Demonstrate how our product meets identified needs. 

  • Respect opinions of others and seek mutually beneficial outcomes. 

  • Initiate communications/relationships with others; i.e., internal peers, internal departments, peers from other organizations, regional buying groups. 

  • Use sales funnel and work with manager to shape call plan; assess activity and check monthly performance via CRM. 

  • Prospect to identify potential customers, analyze the information available, conduct pre-call planning. 

  • Conduct post-call follow-up, completing required reports and recording activity in CRM. 

  • Follow budget guidelines, provide samples according to guidelines. 

 

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • Experience working with CRM software. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. 

  • Bachelor’s degree required. 

  • Registered Technologists with MR Registry a plus [RT ® (MR)]. 

  • 1-2 years of Diagnostic Imaging Sales experience in Contrast Media or Medical Devices, and Digital Solutions. 

  • Strong knowledge of MR Radiology, and Digital Solutions a plus. 

  • Strong track record of sales successes in a hospital environment with complex sales environment experience. 

  • Strategic selling ability. 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 

  • Problem analysis and problem-solving skills. 

  • Territory planning and management skills.
