WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Sales Trainer, North America is a critical role in ensuring sales success for Guerbet. This position will train both the Interventional Imaging and Diagnostic Imaging sales team in the Guerbet Selling Model including, but not limited to DiSC, Miller Heiman, and Journey to Selling Solutions as well as all product training. Develop, maintain, and assign training to sales within ComplianceWire, or other Learning Management System, as needed for all new hires and existing sales representatives. Continued learning and training internally and in the field may be required on a case-by-case basis. Alignment with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Compliance and our global Commercial Excellence team is crucial to properly train the sales team. This role is also a key resource for salesforce.com, Mediafly, Litmos, and other sales tools. Additional tasks and assignments are required in the scope of the position and delivered as needed to assist the sales team.

YOUR ROLE

  • Provide sales support and training to field sales representatives to ensure all territory sales plan targets and activities are accomplished. This includes sales calls, sales presentations, and new product training
  • Support sales and national account activities
  • Support sales territory objectives
  • Support curriculum development and implementation
  • Update and maintain Sales Training LMS
  • Organize and maintain documents related to training
  • Manage logistics & scheduling of training programs
  • Travel within the territory to ensure sales objectives are being achieved
  • Participate in territory sales plans and evaluations and provide feedback
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Manage and maintain content and users within Mediafly (GET) Marketing Tool for the US team; key contact for the global rollout of Mediafly across Guerbet.
  • Trained to facilitate the training of JSS, Key Account Management, and Miller Heiman, which decreases the cost of external trainer fees and keeps the training relevant to our business 
  • Work with HQ to help the training department, marketing, and Commercial Excellence teams. To help unify the organization and ensure the rollout to the United States is relevant and meets needs

Data Management:

  • Ensure data integrity, ongoing data cleanup, and manage data imports
  • Add new Accounts/Contacts from CRM users
  • Manage System/GPO/IDN hierarchies
  • Locate and maintain key IDs between different databases

Reports

  • Run weekly/monthly/annual reports as requested by Managers
  • Create/share views to facilitate individuals reporting needs
  • Coordinate with HQ and third-party vendors to create system reports

Maintenance/Troubleshooting

  • Create new user profiles; create and maintain local files
  • Ensure individual roles/security profiles are accurate
  • Troubleshoot technical issues experienced by users and/or escalate issues to HQ/CapGemini or any other third-party vendors
  • Coordinate core change requests with HQ

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • Sales Training experience required
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Experience with CRM administration and salesforce.com preferred
  • Knowledge of relational databases
  • Decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams 
  • LMS systems including Compliance Wire
  • Sales Experience a plus
