Location : Dublin, Ireland (fixed-term contract - 1 year) 

 

Role Purpose: To work within a cross functional environment to foster an ethos and culture of cGMP & Quality awareness.

 

Your responsibilities : 

 

•    Complete QA review of Production batch record review 
•    Identify and initiate deviations which arise during review of Production Batch Manufacture. 
•    QA responsible for Product Shipments, including Batch Labelling, Drum and Shipping packaging integrity and record compliance. 
•    Conduct QA Audits / Housekeeping checks of Production Areas and Equipment
•    Conduct QA Audits / Housekeeping checks of Warehouse Areas and Stock
•    Where applicable, compile or revise GMP documents
•    Assist with Documentation Management Administrator
•    Prepare weekly and monthly metrics  
•    Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time based on company needs.

 

Your profile :

 

•    Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Science or related pharmaceutical discipline
•    Minimum 2 years’ experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
•    A proven identifiable track record of success in a similar environment.
•    Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
•    Requires good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to effectively interact cross functionally.
•    Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
•    Ability to learn and utilize computerized systems for daily performance of tasks, with experience in using SAP an advantage.
