The Sales Specialist II – Indirect Chanel will be responsible for identifying and developing appropriate marketing channels for interventional segments, sales strategy implementation, tracking sales, mapping markets, promoting products, and managing distributors in assigned regions in Latin America based in Colombia.
YOUR ROLE

Carry out the sales activities plan and follow up on the fulfillment of the assigned objectives, complying with the sales budget.

Execute the action plan for attracting new clients, growth, and maintenance of accounts.

Act as the voice of the customer by following up and connecting with the areas that can provide solutions, support, or decisions to the requirements.

Act as the commercial figurehead and facilitator of communications of customer needs with the different areas of GUERBET.

Report to the manager the opportunities and risks that may affect the interventional portfolio.

Report to the manager the opportunities and risks that may affect the customer's buying interest or improve their purchase.

Gather information on the market situation that is useful for its analysis and strategic improvement.

Report the strategies and moves made by the competition.

Identify and develop new marketing channels for intervention products.

Ensure that communication processes and channels are kept active.

Identify potential key influencers that can promote our brands and company.

Adequately transmit the differentials and benefits of our portfolio and execute after-sales activities.

Maintain the highest ethical standards by acting with total integrity and proactively promoting the company's code of conduct.

Respect the Delegation of Authority Policy.

Maintain up-to-date information through CRM for forecasting, won/lost orders, activity metrics, etc.

Collect with customers the information that feeds back into consumption forecasts.
YOUR BACKGROUND
-
Degree as a radiologic technician, nurse, or related fields
-
At least 5 years of experience in interventional areas (cardiology and vascular)
-
Commercial/negotiation experience and a consultive sales approach
-
At least 5 years of experience in interventional areas
-
Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs.

Strong collaboration, leadership, and influencing skills are required.

Knowledge of customer financial drivers/needs
-
Must have the ability to utilize analytical software and sales tools; salesforce.com experience preferred.
