WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a dynamic and expereinced Clinical Application Specialist to add to our team. This position provides training on the Guerbet injector line, service and associated consumable products to customers, to a documented competency level in a clinical environment.  This will include documenting the training, issuing certificates for CE credits and answering internal and external customer questions about the equipment and associated consumable products.

YOUR ROLE

  • Train new and existing customers on Guerbet’s injector line to include the OptiVantage, OptiOne, OptiStar and Illumena Neo
  • Build and develop strong partnerships with customers
  • Assist the sales team with customers when needed for demo’s, customer calls and troubleshooting
  • Complete required paperwork/reports on a timely basis
  • Requires successful completion of assigned training

Operating in full compliance with applicable hygiene, safety, quality, and regulatory standards, and in alignment with the organization’s framework, company’s procedures, and the defined scope of responsibility the role is accountable for.

Department Specific/Non-Essential Functions:

  • Company representation at tradeshows or similar events
  • May be required to assemble or assist assembling injectors. Must be able to lift 50lbs
  • Maintains professional, market and technical knowledge of the Radiology industry
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • Associates Degree required
  • 5+ years of CT, MR, CL/IR, OR/surgery experience, as a Registered Technologist with equal registrations and in good standing required
  • Working knowledge of Computer Assisted Tomography (CT) and Magnetic Resonance (MR), Cardiac Cath (CL) and Interventional Radiology (IR) injector systems and clinical practice preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively with people individually or in groups
  • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical colleagues
