This position reports to the Production Leader/Supervisor and is responsible for testing, calibration, programming and troubleshooting devices using computer software.

  • Download software to and programming devices.
  • Work with live voltage in testing and adjusting medical devices.
  • Calibration.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues associated with assembly including circuit boards and wiring.
  • Test devices using equipment and computer software.
  • Ability to assemble and train others on assembly.
  • Complete test and inspection records.
  • Ability to inspect materials to specifications.
  • Requires extreme attention to detail and visual acuity.
  • Ability to assemble, train assemblers, and ensure adherence to process texts and work instructions.
  • Ability to use various types of equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
  • Follow all company instructions, safety policies and rules.
  • Complete all company assigned training courses.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Associates degree in technical discipline (electronic preferred) required or equivalent 3-4 years’ experience.
  • Computer literate.  Use of site software (ie. Agile, BPCS, Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Must be able to sit/ stand for extended periods of time
  • Consistent and regular attendance is a requirement of the position
  • Ability to read and follow directions
  • Able to lift to 35 lbs. without assistance
  • Troubleshooting, problems solving, and repair expertise with medical device assembly and electrical devices.  Experience with electrical hardware, troubleshooting and repair required.
  • Ability to use test equipment such as a Digital Multimeter or Oscilloscope. for troubleshooting. 
  • Strong knowledge and experience in computer technology and electronic component integration.
