Summary of the position:

This position is responsible for the project management of all U.S. injector system sales projects, including technical document review, site preparation planning, contractor coordination, and installation scheduling, to ensure successful and timely system delivery, installation, and operational readiness.

 

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Reviews customer project requirements and site readiness information to support injector system installations
  • Provides planning documentation and technical requirements to customers, contractors, and project stakeholders
  • Coordinates review of customer and contractor documentation to verify compliance with injector system installation requirements
  • Obtains project schedule information and coordinates equipment delivery with customers and distribution partners
  • Coordinates installation and applications training schedules with customers and internal resources
  • Verifies site preparation, electrical, and structural requirements have been met to support timely installation and operation
  • Serves as the primary project coordinator between Sales, customers, contractors, distribution partners, Field Service, and Applications personnel throughout the installation process
  • Monitors project progress, identifies scheduling conflicts or readiness issues, and coordinates resolution activities to maintain project timelines
  • Maintains project records, planning documentation, and installation communications in accordance with departmental and company requirements
  • Ensures adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards and completes required training
  • Requires successful completion of assigned training
