Tender & Key Account Manager

Main Responsibilities

  • To ensure the achievement of sales targets in geographic area through effective planning and implementing of sales and marketing strategies.
  • To coordinate & be a tremendous team Player for ensuring projects are addressed & delivered on time.
  • Develop & maintain Short Term / Mid Term / Long term strategies in Tender Space.
  • Monitor the market movement & development of tenders daily.  
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers in the healthcare arena including medical practitioners and executives of hospitals and healthcare groups
  • To ensure compliance with Corporate, Regulatory and Quality Standards, Policies and Guidelines regarding products, procedures, operations and customer contact.
  • Recruit and select high caliber Distribution Network to ensure Tender execution.
  • Establish an environment and foundation for future sales growth and liaison with team & end customers.
  • Field work to ensure execution along with other teammates.
  • Develop an environment where all team members are energized to perform their best work.
  • Maintain a productive working partnership with other functions including marketing, logistics, finance, HR, legal, IT and service.
  • Prepare and submit accurate, meaningful, strategic and analytical reports as requested
  • Evaluate market trends and gather market and competitive information.
  • Develop direct reports to continuously improve and take on additional responsibilities
  • Participate in relevant industry meetings and conferences as agreed with manager.
  • Behave as a role model for the organization
  • Observe all health & safety policies & procedures & take all reasonable care that actions or omissions do not affect the health & safety of others.
  • Work within and actively promote Guerbet’s mission, corporate strategies, policies, procedures and Business Conduct Standards.
  • Performance of other duties as required

 

 

Educations & Experiences

  • Minimum of three years’ experience managing tender & key account business across India.  
  • Proven successful coaching experience
  • Previous experience as a successful sales person.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in the healthcare industry
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Indian healthcare system
  • Experience in handling Tenders within healthcare domain
  • Tertiary qualifications in Science or Business-related discipline required
