Contrôleur de Gestion CDD F/H  

Localisation : Aulnay-Sous-Bois (93) – RER B   

Poste à pourvoir en CDD de 12 mois avec possibilité d’un CDI à la suite

NOUS VOUS PROPOSONS :         

Nous recherchons, dans le cadre d’un CDD de 12 mois, pour notre site de production d’Aulnay-Sous-Bois (93), notre futur Contrôleur de Gestion F/H.

Proche du terrain, notre futur contrôleur de gestion interviendra en véritable Business Partner afin de bien comprendre les enjeux business et les lier aux impacts financiers.

Vous aurez pour principales missions :

• Organisation et animation des revues OPEX (mensuelles/trimestrielles) avec l'ensemble  des services.

• Analyse des écarts entre les prévisions et les résultats ainsi que le réajustement si besoin de la projection via le rolling forecast.

• Suivi des effectifs (FTE) et masse salariale.

• Suivi et analyse des rendements.

• Participation active aux process budgétaires (Budget/LE/PMT)

• Participation à la clôture mensuelle.

• Simplification et automatisation des reporting à destination de la direction du site et de la direction TechOps.

VOTRE PROFIL ET COMPETENCES :  

Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’un Bac+5 en Contrôle de gestion, Audit ou Finance.

Vous justifiez d’au moins 2 -3 ans d’expérience en contrôle de gestion opérationnelle.

Une bonne maîtrise d’Excel est indispensable ainsi que la maîtrise d’un ERP type SAP et idéalement PowerBI.

Vous êtes animé(e) par le challenge, dynamique, curieux(-se), avide d’apprendre et orienté(e) terrain ?
