Dans le cadre d’un contrat en alternance de 1 ou 2 ans, nous recherchons pour notre site de Villepinte (93), notre futur(e) Chargé(e) de Communication Evènementielle

Vos principales missions :

Evènements

Contribuer à la conception, à la réalisation, au pilotage de la participation de Guerbet aux congrès de radiologie internationaux notamment sur les sujets hôtels, inscriptions aux congrès, dîners clients.

Soutenir la coordination des réunions de projets : planification des meetings, rédaction des compte-rendu, debriefing etc.

Travailler en étroite collaboration avec différents services (Marketing, Affaires réglementaires, etc.) et mobilisation des acteurs concernés afin de répondre aux objectifs de l’entreprise.

Communiquer en interne les informations clés de participer aux congrès.

Global Events Plan :

Suivre le bon établissement d’un global events plan Guerbet en relation avec nos filiales.
Partager aux filiales les nouveaux outils congrès : guidelines stand, design des congrès passés.

Votre profil :

Formation en communication ou école de commerce
Avoir déjà une expérience en événementiel (stage) est un grand atout.
Anglais courant, 2e langue appréciée
