WHAT WE OFFER :

 

We are looking for Supply Chain Analysts to join our global team based in Villepinte (93). The roles are to be filled as soon as possible.

 

You will be responsible for improvement of Supply chain operations through data collection and analysis using the right Supply Chain teams, technical and IT resources to run the reports and delivering quality outcomes as required within the organization.

This role also takes requires excellent attention to details, in-depth understanding of the delivery process and exceptional analytics skills.

The Supply Chain Analyst use interpersonal and problem-solving skills to gather information from different departments to recommend ways of improving the supply chain.

The Supply Chain Analyst works closely with all Supply chain teams: Global Planning team, other Planning functions, Logistic department (Warehousing, Transportation, Replenishment) and Customer Service teams.

The role also covers design and build of reports at available reporting tool (Power BI, BI), provides also analysis of the Supply chain data based on build reports and seek to improve all aspects of the Supply chain department by reviewing current methodology and processes.

 

Principal Responsibilities :

 

  • Collect data on supply chain operations
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify areas of supply chain operations to improve efficiency
  • Establish key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to Supply Chain planning and forecasting, monitors planned vs. actual performance
  • Measure Supply chain performance and report to management
  • Develop, design and execute reports, interpret data and analyze their results to enhance Supply Chain operations
  • Recommending improvements to boost performance
  • Intensively working on continuous improvements within Supply chain, investigate and propose process improvements
  • Make available necessary resources and information
  • Resolve any problems and prevent their recurrence
  • Work with the several Supply chain departments to enhance service delivery

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, operations management or demand planning in a customer focused organization within the Pharma or FMCG industry
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of interdependencies of overall Supply chain
  • Ability to take ownership and to deliver on commitments
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude who is committed to the company’s success
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with key stakeholders
  • Ability to manage and implement multiple complex projects
  • Very good critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement
  • Good communication, reporting and presentation skills
  • Broad range of computer skills – database, spreadsheets, and software packages such as Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, PowerBI
  • Fluent in English, French
