WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive IT Junior Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing operational systems, providing service desk support, and maintaining IT infrastructure across multiple sites in Latin America.

Location: Rio de Janeiro, Rio de Janeiro.

YOUR ROLE

Manage operational systems, including Microsoft Windows Server and Client.
Handle hardware for endpoints, such as computers and mobile devices.
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 service desk support for all LatAm sites (Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Panama, and Argentina).
Support internal and external users.
Maintain IT infrastructure, including racks, cabling, twisted pair, optical fiber, connectors, and speed.
Utilize ITIL knowledge for effective IT service management.
Perform backup and restore operations using Avamar tools.
Manage ticket systems and asset control.
Maintain relationships with IT vendors.
Occasionally travel to overseas offices for business purposes.

YOUR BACKGROUND

Education:

Complete high school; a Bachelor's degree is desirable.
Complementary IT and networking courses are a plus.

Experience:

Some experience as an IT Support Analyst.

Skills/Competencies:

Teamwork and communication skills.
Resilience.
Basic proficiency in English and Spanish.
