WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Our Production Training Coordinator, is a key position and liasion for both our Production and Training departments. Mainly Responsible for overall management of technical and regulatory training programs for all GMP production personnel. Design and conduct training and development programs to improve individual and organizational performance. Improve and analyze training system.

 

YOUR ROLE:

  • Design, plan, organize and direct training for employees including e-learning.

  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation for the production personal with managers on production and training team.

  • Monitor, evaluate and record production training activities and program effectiveness through use of company’s LMS (ComplianceWire).

  • Develop alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen.

  • Keep up with developments in area of expertise by reading current journals, books, and magazine articles.

  • Attend appropriate training to learn latest training and e-learning development methods.

  • Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials.

  • Present information, using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as e-learning, simulations, videos and lectures.

  • Author and revise Area and Department SOPs related to production.

  • Updating and providing training key performance indicators/metrics/reports to production site.

 

YOUR BACKGROUND:

Education Required/Preferred: 

  • Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, Engineering, or related field required.  

  • Demonstrated competence in use of e-learning software (Preferred Articulate Storyline 360)

  • Good judgment and effective communications skills with limited supervision.

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience Required/Preferred: 

  • 2+ or more years experience in instructional design or training

    as an instructional designer or training specialist . (preferred)

  • 2+ or more years experience working in pharmaceutical industry required.

Skills/Competencies/Qualifications Preferred:

  • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills

  • Demonstrated computer skills in Microsoft Office package

  • Excellent reading and technical writing skills

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively establish priorities and manage diverse tasks and simultaneously. 

  • Sense of urgency to plan, organize, and adapt to rapidly changing priorities. 

  • Proven ability to work professionally with sensitive and confidential materials and information.

  • A quick learner and confident, proactive team player. 

  • Self- motivated proactive approach to work.
