WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Responsible for maintaining the plant and its equipment at a constant state of readiness through effective troubleshooting, preventative maintenance and repair. Documentation of all work must be completed. The hours for this role are on a 2-3-3-2 schedule from 5:00pm - 5:30am.

YOUR ROLE:

Troubleshoot all systems, equipment and facility and repair as needed.
Maintain proper records as defined in the cGMPs.
Perform preventative Maintenance as assigned.
Complete project work as assigned.
Assist the Process Maintenance Supervisor with operational duties such as scheduling, ordering parts, etc.
Responsible for entering and updating information in the Maximo system.
Responsible for distributing daily maintenance shift report.

YOUR BACKGROUND:

High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent (required)
Technical School or Associates Degree (preferred)
3-5 years in one or more of the maintenance fields
Demonstrated ability to use various types of welders and shop equipment (lathe, milling machines, etc)
Must be skilled in troubleshooting and problem solving mechanical issues
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating system
Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices
Ability to work within a budget – especially when ordering parts
