Responsible for maintaining the plant and its equipment at a constant state of readiness through effective troubleshooting, preventative maintenance and repair.  Documentation of all work must be completed. The hours for this role are on a 2-3-3-2 schedule from 5:00pm - 5:30am.



  • Troubleshoot all systems, equipment and facility and repair as needed.
  • Maintain proper records as defined in the cGMPs.
  • Perform preventative Maintenance as assigned.
  • Complete project work as assigned.
  • Assist the Process Maintenance Supervisor with operational duties such as scheduling, ordering parts, etc.
  • Responsible for entering and updating information in the Maximo system.
  • Responsible for distributing daily maintenance shift report.



  • High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent (required)
  • Technical School or Associates Degree (preferred)
  • 3-5 years in one or more of the maintenance fields
  • Demonstrated ability to use various types of welders and shop equipment (lathe, milling machines, etc)
  • Must be skilled in troubleshooting and problem solving mechanical issues
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating system
  • Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices
  • Ability to work within a budget – especially when ordering parts
